Longtime r/emo subscriber, Tom aka u/pineapplestirfry666, hops on the pod with Kyle and Ellie this episode. We get back to regular programming with lots of news and venom spewing. We focus on two big releases that r/emo can't stop talking about... Just Friends - "Nothing But Love" (not an emo album) and Mom Jeans - "Puppy Love" (the year's biggest emo album?) Just Kyle and Ellie on this one. We put together an episode based around mental health and relationships. We don't talk about ourselves much and decided a way to open up is to talk about mental health and relationships, which is something very related to emo. This episode was unfortunately plagued by connectivity issues, so hope you can stick it out. Thanks to so many of you who reached out with questions for the episode. 

We had Shannon Taylor from awakebutstillinbed on the show. We talked about the band's history, Shannon's experience with emo, playing house shows, etc. The band is on tour this summer playing a million shows. You should see them.
