In Episode 47 of "The Dustin Gold Standard," Dustin makes the case that there is in fact no deep state, and that there is only the State. They do not hide their plans, in fact, they publish them for us to read. The State funds the universities, the private sector, and other government partners to pursue the Transhumanist agenda. Dustin argues that the State injures people on purpose in order to create human guinea pigs for their Frankenstein experiments. The State is the center of Technocratic Transhumanism.
