Burnout is a common problem for homeschool moms.  

What would it look like to live a more grace-paced life? 

With the holidays just behind us, we can often be experiencing serious burnout, so I wanted to talk about what it looks like to live a grace-paced life along with some practical ways we can move toward that.

Today my guest is Shona Murray who wrote the book called Refresh that I have mentioned several times over the last months.  Shona has solid wisdom and biblical encouragement that will help us move from burnout to a more grace-paced life! (Plus you will love her lovely Scottish accent!)
