<p>Also, in a new lawsuit, Brandr Group, which has agreements to facilitate group licensing deals for 54 D-I schools and their athletes, is suing EA Sports over an upcoming college football video game. Brandr alleges that EA Sports is violating its intellectual property rights by using the name, image, and likeness of college athletes without their permission.</p>
