Tim Donnelly reacts to the firing of Reich, special teams coordinator Chris Tabor becoming interim head coach with Jim Caldwell being special advisor. Tim points out how much of the problems of the Carolina Panthers fall on owner David Tepper for continuing to get it wrong.</p>
