<p>Tim discussed the news that four ACC teams voted against Cal and Stanford joining the conference. Florida State, Clemson, North Carolina, and NC State were the four teams that voted against the expansion. The reasons for the votes are varied, but some of the concerns include the financial impact, the travel distance, and the academic fit.</p> <p>Also, UNC quarterback Drake Maye is looking to have a better season than he did in 2022. An anonymous defensive coordinator stated that Maye "does not like to get hit" during his quarterback confidential.
