<p>Tim Donnelly says there's a lack of accountability by Carolina Panthers owner David Tepper after being caught throwing his drink in the direction of Jacksonville Jaguars fans during Sunday's 26-0 loss in Jacksonville. Tim points out how David Tepper is clearly thin-skinned, wonders who wants to work for Tepper, and points out how little Tepper understands the NFL.
