<p>Tim Donnelly says the Carolina Panthers and owner David Tepper have to be aggressive with their head coaching search, and how they should be ahead of other teams with their evaluations of potential candidates. Tim also wonders if Michigan football head coach Jim Harbaugh is an attractive candidate for Tepper after Michigan defeated Washington football in the College Football Playoff National Championship game.</p>
<p>Plus, in the 'Way Too Early Top 25" College football rankings by ESPN, NC State football was listed at No. 20. Tim Donnelly says that the Wolfpack need to live up to expectations.</p>
