<p>Head coach Frank Reich announced over the weekend during the Carolina Panthers training camp that Bryce Young will be the starting quarterback in the preseason opener against the New York Jets. This week, the Panthers begin joint practices with the Jets, leading up to their game on Saturday. Tim discussed how the most considerable success for Young should be just getting the in-game reps.</p> <p>Also, Wake Forest receiver Donavon Greene will miss three to five weeks with a knee injury he sustained due to a non-contact-related hit. Greene was anticipating a big second season with the Deacons as the top receiver who led the team in average yards per catch.
