<p>Tim shares how he was impressed by rookie quarterback Bryce Young once again in his second preseason start for the Carolina Panthers. Young went 3 for 6 for 35 yards and led a 15-play, 62-yard drive for a field goal. Even though the Panthers lost the game 21-19, Young's performance was a promising sign for the future.</p>
<p>Also, the ACC continues to talk about Cal and Stanford joining the ACC? What exactly are we waiting for in regard to this discussion? Tim believes they're strictly talking about negotiations. </p>
