<p>ACC Commissioner Jim Philips discussed conference expansion at ACC basketball tipoff after Cal, Stanford, and SMU are set to join the conference. Part of Philips' press conference addressed how not all schools in the ACC were on board with expansion. Also, the ACC basketball tournament night not feature all 18 schools when the conference fully expands. </p>
<p>Also, would Clemson football skip out on a bowl game if the Tigers finish the season at 7-5 or 6-6? </p>
