Shelia Foster LNHA MHA. Shelia became a licensed nurse in 2000. This jump-started her career. She later continued her education by returning to college and eventually getting her Masters in Healthcare Administration with a minor in education. Her love for teaching and helping others led her into a licensed nursing home administrator career. She later opened a Nurse Aide School after the death of her mother. Mrs. Foster again developed a love for entrepreneurship and started a consulting business that develops other nurses called MDS Time LLC.
