Show Notes

Precious Price is a Speaker, Entrepreneur, and Digital Marketing Consultant. After graduating from the Kelley School of Business with her B.S. in Marketing (2017) and M.S. in Information Systems (2018), she relocated to Atlanta, GA where she quickly created a name for herself in the business and branding space.

She serves clients through her signature coaching program, Building Brand Authority—better known as BBA. Precious helps position her clients as experts by uncovering the real value behind their brand and how they can effectively deliver that value to the right audience via digital platforms.

After purchasing her first home in 2019, Precious decided to also step into the real estate market through the short-term rental platform, Airbnb. In 2020 amidst a pandemic, she managed to make over $50,000 part-time through the platform. She now has three properties in South Atlanta, and recently finished the build for a tiny home. She shares her experience and strategies through her platform, #AirbnbMoney (@airbnb on Instagram), and has recently released an e-book, #AirbnbMoney: The Complete Guide to Starting, Managing and Optimizing Your Airbnb Business.

The Edupreneur isn’t just another book; it’s the playbook for educators who want to take their knowledge beyond the school walls and into a thriving business.

I wrote this book because I’ve been where you are. I know what it’s like to have the skills, the passion, and the drive but not know where to start. Inside, you’ll learn how to:
✅ Turn your expertise into income streams, without feeling like a sellout
✅ Build a personal brand that commands respect (and top dollar)
✅ Market your work in a way that feels natural and impactful
✅ Navigate the business side of edupreneurship, from pricing to partnerships

Whether you want to consult, create courses, write books, or launch a podcast, this book will help you get there. Stop waiting for permission. Start building your own table.
