Morgan Lyons is the Founder and Creator of Growing Beyond the Books. At the start of the pandemic, she was a fourth-year ELA teacher, who was devastated to be out of her element- in the classroom.
While home, she became engrossed with the Enneagram. Her research helped her better understand herself and the tendencies she has.
Morgan learned how she handles stress, success, communication, collaboration, conflicts, and structure/organization. These qualities DIRECTLY impact the classroom
When schools were reopened, she quickly realized that people were not the same. Educators need support and NOT just with the curriculum. This is when Growing Beyond The Books was born.
