(The Etiquette Academy), a girls’ mentoring program she founded to inspire and teach girls about personal safety, feminine etiquette and positive self-esteem. An award-winning and best-selling author of multiple books, LaQuisha has published more than 100 scholars in anthologies including One Nation, One Heart—winner of the national Indie Authors Legacy Award for Youth Authors of the Year. LaQuisha encourages educators to practice self-care because they cannot pour into students from an empty cup.
