Ildi is the CEO/Co-Founder of Ribbit Learning Company where she’s using her knowledge and experience to create the Learning Hub, a learning experience platform that helps K12 schools develop and retain their educators-- no matter what or where they teach. She’s worked in government, public schools, and non-profit organizations and owned her own small business. As an educator of educators, Ildi understands what educators want, what’s getting in the way, and what needs to be done to fix it. As a published researcher, she translated decades of research on highly effective professional learning and teacher turnover into the Learning Hub’s design and development. Ildi has a Ph.D. from Arizona State University and an MA and BA from the University of Arizona.
