Before her May 2021 transition from the classroom to full-time consulting, Ms. Iantha Ussin (MAT) taught for 15 years with the Richmond County School System in Augusta, GA where she was repeatedly named a highly qualified middle grades ELA instructor and model teacher. She is a three-time author with her most recent book being the pride of her career—Your Classroom or Their Playground: Classroom Management Observations and Conversations for the New Teacher—a book she deems necessary for every pre-service and beginning teacher.
Ms. Ussin's passion for educating, empowering, and equipping new teachers with what they need to be successful in their classrooms is undeniable.
