Sam Tanner will be racing at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham tonight (4/8/2022).
He ran his first sub 4-minute mile when he was just out of school and he has been getting faster ever since. He is the NZ record holder for 1500m- 3.34.
Warning: This is heavy on run chat- just warning the listeners who aren’t big fans of that content.
But there is also lots of good non-run stuff in here, I really enjoyed his company. Sam is a super high energy guy and talks the way he runs- fast!
