I’m not going to be talking specifically about this in this episode, but you can hear more in the episode on how and why to talk about suicide at work. As this year’s World Mental Health Day falls in Black History Month, I’m going to use this episode to talk about how to engage your staff understand how BAME/Global Majority face barriers with mental health stigma, treatment, and prejudice.
