Show Notes

Our destination is Grand Bahama Island and our guest is expert fly angler, author, and outfitter, Greg Vincent of H2O Bonefishing. Grand Bahama is known for miles and miles of uncrowded flats fishing for some of the largest bonefish in the world. Here anglers can expect daily encounters with fish in the 6-8 lb class and realistic shots at double-digit bonefish. With over 30 years of experience, Greg has appeared on TV shows, Orvis instructional videos, has authored many articles, and created fly patterns sold world-wide. Greg unravels the mysteries of the Bonefish and steps us through his process for sighting, casting, hooking, fighting, and landing the "grey ghosts" of the flats.

Bonus: be sure to listen to the end to catch top fly patterns and a great story of how a 33 lb permit, his largest ever, jerked his guide off the boat and into the water – no kidding!
