In this episode, I share a very personal story on how I deal with perfectionism. As a 2nd line and a defined ego I am always looking to get better and improve. However, there was a season in my business, where this strength turned into a sabotage pattern of comparison, feelings of not enoughness and overengineering and over working without actually making progress, nor reaching the goals I wanted.  As a high achieving women and conscious leaders I believe that it is natural to us and actually required to aspire greatness.
