DSI coach Caitlin Medez joins Dr. Mark Costes in this episode of The Dentalpreneur Podcast. Cailtin has been in the dental industry for over fifteen years and served in multiple roles. She started with a DSO in the Northeast where she opened multiple offices for the forty practice group. Then, she went on to a Pedo/Ortho group in the Austin, TX area. Her last stop before DSI was in Denver, CO where she ran operations for an ortho group through two acquisitions. Today she lives in Costa Rica and serves the DSI clients in a coaching and training capacity while consulting for an ortho program on the side.
