Dr. Guy Gross sits down with Dr. Mark Costes to talk shop. He is the CEO of New Horizons Dental Practice Management, a group grown on education, and the Co-Founder of ConfiDental. Continuing education has been a huge part of Dr. Gross's career as a fellow in the AAGD and a lifetime member of the Crown Council. His clinical focus is around smile design and mentoring docs within his group. However, he still finds time to lecture on national and international circuits in the areas of practice management, implant dentistry, and smile design.
