Does your dental practice have a written financial policy? Do you even need one?
On this episode of The Dental Practice Fixers podcast, Dr. Rich talks about how purchasing a new pair of glasses made him realize that a proper financial policy can be summed up in two words! Then the theme continues with our mystery shopper calls – “Can I pay for four crowns over time?” Of course knowing that a patient may need four crowns one would think every office that was called would bend over backwards to get them in. NOT!!!
