Show Notes

Whether it's on the field, in training, or during sleep, professional athletes are constantly being tracked. The data collected is used to improve technique and performance, in the hope of gaining an edge. So much data is collected that it's not always clear why this information gathered or if it's ever going to be used. Now experts are raising ethical and privacy concerns, and calling for a review of the way data collection in professional sport is handled.
