One of Franks favorite people, Terry sits down with Frank and talks about his beginnings and his successful journey in the Poolwerx franchise system. Terry's territory is Townsville in Queensland, which is a tropical climate. Terry has been a Poolwerx Franchisee for 18 years, after retiring from the mining industry.

Close to the barrier reef, Terry's pool business has done well on the Australian coast close to the Barrier Reef, and is one of the few inductees to the Poolwerx Franchise Hall of Fame.
