Then, comedy’s Jane Goodall, Jena Friedman (Borat, Not Funny) joins Jess and June to talk about her new book Not Funny: Essays on Life, Comedy, Culture, Et Cetera. Jena shares how she got into comedy by “researching” the improv comedy community as an anthropology major and her findings, the difficulty being creative while being a new mother and the importance of openly talking about structural inequality.
