It's a big job and quite often it lands all on your shoulders alone. And nobody teaches us how to deal with it all emotionally and physically.
Jim Demeray founded Understand Us; a non-profit whose mission is to increase awareness around mental health. And one t-shirt, one cookie, one keynote at a time, Jim is normalizing the conversation and removing the stigma around speaking up about our internal struggles.
