Thomas Firestone is a partner in the Government Investigations and White Collar Defense practice group at Squire Patton Boggs. He represents companies and individuals before the DOJ, OFAC, State and other US government agencies. He previously spent 14 years with the U.S. Department of Justice, half as a federal prosecutor in the Eastern District of New York where he specialized in international organized crime and half as the Resident Legal Advisor at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, where he worked on U.S.-Russian law enforcement cooperation.
