Gregg TenElshof, PhD. is a Professor of Philosophy at Biola University. He has written many books on how Eastern thought can provide unique and intriguing perspectives to the Christian life.

His most recent book, For Shame, was released in August of 2021 and takes a look at how shame has impacted our culture. TenElshof proceeds to argue that shame might not be a bad emotion after all, but an internal alarm to bring us back to the cross.
