For decades, Frank has been one of Canada's best and most accurate pollsters. He recently came under fire for putting out a poll that suggested Conservatives have all but lost their seemingly insurmountable 2-year 30-point lead over Justin Trudeau's Liberals in two weeks.
He's been threatened, panned, insulted, and assaulted over his work, which, as it turns out, seems to be ahead of the curve and entirely accurate.
