The Los Angeles West side market continues to flourish despite the war in Ukraine and the rapidly rising interest rates which have inched up to 5%. The luxury market over $5 million and certainly over $10 million do not seem to be impacted by either so far as many buyers are all cash and feel that real estate and Holmes are a safe shelter and hedge against inflation and other economic factors.
