Mark McLaughlin is a highly regarded real estate executive, and is currently the Chief Real Estate Strategist at Compass. McLaughlin previously led Compass' operations in California and served as CEO of Pacific Union and led the roll up and merger of several significant California brokerages under the Compass label.
