We all know that Baby Boomers are the largest generation in America and are also the largest generation that owns small businesses. It is speculated that two-thirds of the businesses in the market are owned by baby boomers, which would be equivalent to more than four million businesses, and now they are coming to the market. A lot of Baby Boomers are still focusing on growing their businesses but there is an increasing number of sales due to retirement
