An affordable hotel in the heart of Los Angeles is how it's marketed glazing over the fact it is located in the heart of Skid Row. With rooms for as low as $20 the clientele has run the gamut from homeless people all the way up to serial killers. Numerous deaths and disappearances all stem from this hotel, with the numbers skewed so heavily that there is no real way of knowing how many people have died or how many active killers might have called the Cecil Hotel home.
