You awaken in the night, a strange feeling of unease and dread wash over you. You peer into the darkness expecting to see shadow but you begin to notice shapes in the darkness, human shaped figures darker than the darkness around them. You begin to panic as you notice their red eyes. These are the Shadow People, be it the Hat Man, The Old Hag, the Cloaked Figure or one of the many nameless smaller shadow people; we discuss the history of their sightings, their connection to sleep paralysis and narcolepsy, theories of what they might be: Ghosts, Demons, or just repressed trauma.
