I talk about what I am learning through somatic healing, sound frequency work, and subconscious exploration, and how the hips in particular can store fear, shame, lack of trust, and suppressed feminine expression.
I also dive into how inherited beliefs from parents and grandparents can shape our lives, our relationships, and even the pain we experience in our bodies. I reflect on releasing shame, guilt, and outdated stories that no longer serve us, and why love, freedom, and self expression are essential for true healing.
