Establishment candidate Amy McGrath narrowly defeats progressive Charles Booker in the KY Senate primary. Trump has allegedly come to the realization that he might very well lose the general election. As most states still struggle to contain the spread of Covid-19 after having re-opened, Arizona is issuing a new shutdown order altogether. Even McConnell, Pence and Fox News hosts think wearing a mask is the right thing to do. Kayleigh McEnany came out to defend Trump’s refusal to do so, arguing that he thinks it should be a “personal choice.” Don Jr. doesn’t really know where he stands on masks, arguing that they’re important but not wearing one himself. A new strain of flu that has the potential to become a pandemic has been identified in China. Susan Collins pretends she had no idea Kavanaugh would be so anti-choice.
