<p>Andy Puzder has lived the American dream. Raised in a working-class home, he worked his way to become a CEO in the fast food industry. "What I didn't think was, 'That son of a b---- is stealing from us.' Or, 'He's in the 1%,' and we're in whatever percent you were in when your dad sold Fords in the 1960s," Puzder recalls of his childhood experience seeing a rich man's mansion.
