Complacency makes us complicit,” The Rev. Samuel Rodriguez, president of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference and a <a href="https://www.dailysignal.com/2020/04/20/theres-beauty-in-the-midst-of-ashes-says-pastor-on-national-covid-19-recovery-panel/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">member</a> of the National Coronavirus Recovery Commission, said in a <a href="https://nhclc.org/nhclc-stands-with-our-african-american-brothers-and-sisters-in-a-call-for-justice-and-reform" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">statement</a> after the killing of George Floyd.
