The Morning Grind ☕️ - Liked or Respected? The apostles were empowered by the Spirit, the Church was birthed, and God was moving powerfully and swiftly among them. God’s kingdom was coming and His will was being done, “on earth as it is in heaven.” The resulting holy fear and awe caused tension as many held them in high esteem, but were afraid to join them. We too must choose between being embraced by the world or respected by the few. - Pastor Jimmy

The Morning Grind ☕️ - When the World is on Fire King Solomon gives practical wisdom in his book of Proverbs. One critical piece is that we are to guard (keep, tend, preserve, protect) our hearts with “all diligence.” When the world is on fire around you, guard your heart. Out of the heart flow all the thoughts, words, and choices of life. This world is hard on our hearts. If you lose your heart, you’ve lost almost everything. Follow the king’s counsel: guard your heart with all diligence. - Pastor Jimmy
