Over the 16 years that I have been a nutritionist I have seen programs, fad diets, detoxes, cleanses and everything in between come and go.

I have worked with 100s of people one on one, with the most important goal of all of those people being weight loss.

Weight loss, to be maintained long term, at its core requires behaviour change. I’m so passionate about this that I created an online program over at The Healthy Eating Hub that teaches this behaviour change through incremental healthy habit building. 

The truth is, people who tackle their nutrition in this way get slow results and in a world that wants results ‘yesterday’ this can feel frustrating for some people.

While the majority of the members who join my program are loving the slow, steady pace, others aren’t satisfied. They want to be a long-term healthy eater and they want results – stat!

So, I’ve decided to give them what they want.
