My team and I are participating in the 25 day push up challenge that runs from the 1st - 25th June. We’re specifically raising fund for Lifeline Canberra, but this is an Australia wide campaign that also supports the Push for Better Foundation, Headspace and Lifeline Australia wide. 

It’s all about raising awareness of mental health while you build your fitness and strength, supporting a local or national charity and continuing the important conversation around mental health and being there to support one another.
