Show Notes

Both men and women feel a huge amount of pressure to look and feel a certain way and are driven to restrictive, fun-sucking, anti-social obsessive and disordered eating patterns that are socially acceptable and sold under the guise of “diets”.

Don’t be mislead, this episode is NOT demonising the desire to lose weight. Weight loss can be done healthily and without restrictive eating patterns. What I do want to talk about is ditching the ‘diets’ that leave you worse at the end, then you were at the beginning.
