A growing majority of Canadians say they are proud of their country, including a huge boost in national pride from young adults. The Carney government has backed away from the Digital Services Tax after President Trump publicly threatened to end trade negotiations. The byelection in Battle River—Crowfoot has been called, likely delivering Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre back to Parliament in August.
