A new tax cut proposed by Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre promises to save modest-income Canadian families up to $1,800 a year. The NDP have opted to tour Canada with a campaign bus instead of a chartered plane as is the custom for federal parties hoping to reach Canadians across the country’s vast territory. Conservative candidate for Bowmanville–Oshawa North, Jamil Jivani, launched his campaign office opening, asking voters to save Canada from a QUOTE “lost decade” of Liberal governance.
