A constitutional rights group has put Nova Scotia Premier Tim Houston on notice after his government banned residents from walking in the forest and set up a snitch line for violators of the law. A Sikh temple in Surrey, B.C. has erected a large banner promoting a “Republic of Khalistan” publicizing its support for anti-Indian separatism which many label as extremist. In an answer to a question from Juno News’ Keean Bexte, Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre laid out his plan to fix Canada’s immigration system and disincentivise fraud among asylum seekers.
