Canada’s election interference watchdog flagged a coordinated campaign by a Chinese state media outlet promoting coverage of Liberal Leader Mark Carney. The candidate nominated by the Liberals to replace disgraced MP Paul Chiang was videotaped singing an anthem glorifying communist China.
