Prime Minister Mark Carney applauded Toronto for now having an immigrant population which surpasses ts native born population. Alberta is lifting some of the restrictions on Canada’s “universal healthcare system” by introducing a hybrid model, allowing the private sector to alleviate some of the backlog faced in the province.
