Courts in Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan are banning their staff from wearing poppies to remember veterans and serving members of the Canadian Armed Forces. Prime Minister Mark Carney is expected to give a major project announcement in British Columbia on Thursday, though he won't say if it will be an announcement allowing a new pipeline to be developed.
